Windows Azure is Microsoft’s offering to the world of cloud computing and on April 27th bootcamps will take place globally, showing people how to get to grips with the Azure software. For Ireland, this bootcamp will take place at National College of Ireland.

We’re inviting attendees to take advantage of our state-of-the-art campus in Dublin’s IFSC and our great IT facilities, to learn about this new cloud platform. The day will consist of demonstrations and lab work where attendees will get to put into practice what they’ve just been taught. You will be instructed by NCI’s School of Computing lecturer and resident Azure expert, Vikas Sahni, who will be assisted by our own cloud computing students.

There will be excellent opportunities to network and attendees will also have the chance to see NCI’s own cloud competency centre.

The event, which is being co-ordinated by Vikas Sahni, NCI School of Computing Lecturer (pictured), booked up fast, but we are running a waiting list link and you can add your name here [event now over].
