Wednesday is a big day for us at National College of Ireland. It marks the first Open Evening of the summer, which is always our busiest time for student recruitment.

People often ask us if we’re quiet during the summer and oh, how we laugh. The students may be finished up, and there might be less lecturers in the building, but most departments are busy using that time to prepare for the next academic year.

So what is an Open Evening, anyway? It’s your chance to call in and see the college, get a feel for the place, check out our location, building and facilities, and find out more about the courses that we offer. If you’re thinking about doing a course with us, an Open Evening should be your first port of call.

Check out the full list of Open Evenings at NCI this summer, and see you at the college soon!
