A group discussion
-
A final personal interview
To prepare, she thoroughly researched the company and its brands, practised case-style questions, and participated in mock interviews and group discussions, questions and did mock interviews and group discussions.
Her most memorable part of NCI was the group work:
"Each discussion felt like a mini global boardroom."
Aanya also transitioned directly from a Stamp 2 to a Stamp 1 through company sponsorship, with her employer managing most of the paperwork. She received her Stamp 1 in approximately three weeks.
Her top tips for the Irish job market:
-
Network actively. Connect with professionals and alumni, and attend events.
